Follow the receiving team’s records list

A receiving team may ask for existing pathology reports, imaging reports and original images, treatment summaries and a current medicine list. Keep dates and document types organized, retain originals and identify translations. Submit only what the hospital requests through the verified channel.

NCI notes that a pathology second opinion can involve slides or blocks and requires advance arrangements. Do not ship specimens based on this website. Ask the receiving and originating institutions about acceptance, handling, permissions and return arrangements. The public inquiry form has no medical-record upload facility.

The next practical step

Use the official provider channels in our source notes for hospital confirmation. For an inquiry about independent practical assistance, share your preferred timing and the broad task through our contact page. Keep medical records out of a first inquiry and confirm any paid scope in writing.

Let’s make the next step clearer.

Start with your city, preferred timing and the practical help you’re looking for. We’ll keep the inquiry focused.
